Qualifying neighbors within our service area (the 45226, 45227, 45208, and 45209 zip codes) can receive assistance with payment of utility bills, rent, or mortgage, requests for birth certificates, and referrals for other important documents.

The Hotline opens on the last Wednesday of the month, and calls are returned on a first-come, first-served basis, with a priority on new callers. Please listen carefully when you call to make sure the Hotline is still open.
To request a birth certificate, you do not have to wait until the Hotline is open.
