Learn 8 basic cooking skills, create a full meal to enjoy in class, and get fresh produce to take home each class. Each recipe learned features a healthy meal that can feed a family of 4 for under $10!
Registration is required, so fill out the interest form and make sure you’re confirmed for the program before you arrive! You can drop completed forms off to Judy Gillens at MEAC or call St. Francis Seraph Ministries at 513.549.0542 for information or to register.
Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a cooking kit, including a chef knife, cast iron skillet, knife sharpener, and a $10 produce perks card for free produce at select markets, as well as fresh vegetables to take home!
For this special program, MEAC is partnering with St. Francis Seraph Ministries, Produce Perks, FarmChef, Valley View Foundation, Healthy Harvest Mobile Market, and Artichoke.
