EMERGENCy FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Qualifying neighbors can receive assistance with payment of utility bills, rent and mortgage, and help gathering necessary documents like birth certificates and social security cards.
To reach the Emergency Financial Assistance Hotline, call 513.271.5501, extension 50.
The Hotline opens on the last Wednesday of the month, and calls are returned on a first-come, first-served basis, with a priority on new callers. Please listen carefully when you call to make sure the Hotline is still open.
Our choice food pantry provides our neighbors with food, toiletries, cleaning products, clothing, and household items.

Swim Program - Cincinnati Recreation Center passes and swim apparel provided to household members.
Summer Literacy Camp - Kindergarten through 2nd grade focused on increasing skills and confidence in the summer; 3 days/week for 4 weeks.
School Back Packs - back packs with school supplies provided for students through 12th grade.
Thanksgiving Baskets - food boxes and turkeys given out the Sunday before Thanksgiving.
Happy Holiday Shop (Christmas) - holiday shopping experience for clients who wish to have gifts for their household members around the Christmas season.
