As we start getting into back-to-school season, there are a variety of organizations and events around Cincinnati that can help you and your children get set up for going back to school! All event information is from The Voice of Black Cincinnati

School Rocks Backpack Giveaway

Participating Verizon Locations

Free backpacks filled with school supplies will be given away while supplies last! Randomly selected attendees at Backpack Giveaway events nationwide will find a golden ruler keychain in their backpack and score $250 for school supplies.

Washington Park (OTR)

Families can look forward to meeting school leaders, connecting with CPS departments and accessing valuable resources from community partners. The event will also feature giveaways, activities and services to help students head back to school ready to succeed.
